37” Sticky Truxus Swampers on 17”x9” Allied racing beadlock wheels attached with circle track style 1” lug nuts.  -  65% tread

1994 4.0L HO engine.  MORE HD Engine mounts, Screaming Demon  ignition, Airraid throttle body spacer, Cold air intake, Hesco 4.0L conversion wire harness. Banks Revolver Header, Flowmaster series 40 muffler, 2.25” exhaust.  Powermaster starter, 136amp alternator, Optima Red top mounted in BTF battery box.

T-176 4spd transmission sitting on custom cross-member and skid. Centerforce clutch. Upgraded heim style clutch linkage.

Dana 300 transfercase. Terralow  4:1 kit, JB Conversions 32 spline HD outputs, front and rear. JB SS Twin-stick shifters.

AGR power steering pump and box, Large PS reservoir, MORE steering box brace, Cross-over high steering w/ aluminum 7075 tie-rod and drag link.  Borgeson Steering shaft, MORE HD +1” stretch steering box mount.
 
Dana 44 front axle. Reid knuckles, Chromalloy Shafts, Longfield 300M joints, spool, 4.10 ratio, Ridler nodular iron cover, Internal spline Warn Premium hub conversion. Housing has 3” HD tubes.  Hydraulic parking brake lock on front disc brakes.

Model 20 rear axle, trussed, one piece Chromalloy shafts, Detroit locker, PSC girdle style diff-cover tied to truss, SSBC Disc brakes, MORE traction bar.

Rust free 1994 YJ tub, 6-point cage. Cage and full interior sprayed with Line-X brand bedliner.  Custom tube fenders, also Line-X coated. Factory wheel well liners retained. Hood louvers.  Centech aftermarket wire harness with HD circuit board style fuse holder.   Under dash heater box removed.  No Top.

CJ frame, Additional Summit cross-member for Johnny-Joint traction bar mount. Reinforced between engine mounts and front spring hangers.  YJ reverse eye front springs, sprung-over, slight wheelbase stretch.  MORE spring shackles on all 4 corners. 

MORE front bumper w/ winch.  Rock Sliders, Corner guards, rub guards, etc. for crawling.  All has normal rock rash.  Spare ECU, drive shafts, hub, tie rod ends, etc will go along.

Frame up re-build started 15 years ago.  Tested and well tuned package for 37” tires on a CJ-7. Rig has been all over the southeast, Tellico, Windrock, Adventure Offroad, River Rock, Chocco, Grey Rock, Raccoon Mountain, Golden Mountain, etc.  Selling it because I upgraded to a bigger rig.
