Description
1994 YJ:
- 4.0 straight six rebuilt
- NEW AX15 from Advance Adapters
- np231 w/ slip yoke eliminator rebuilt
- Tom Woods rear 1350 drive shaft
- oem front driveshaft (I have an axle yoke for 1350 joint)
- 37x12.50R17 tires x5
- Level 8 rims x5
- Somewhere between 6-7" lift
- 4" front stretch, 5" rear
- 2" forward steering gearbox
- half doors with soft top
- led tail lights and head lights
- 50" light bar
- custom fuse panel for lights
- extra switches on the inside for more activities
- Traveller 9500# winch
Front axle/suspension:
- 2002 Ford D60
- Yukon Spool
- 4.88 gears
- artec truss
- yukon locking hubs
- all new bearings and ball joints
- artec high steer knuckle mounts
- 3 link with panhard
- fox 10" coilovers
- teraflex hydro bumpstops
- PSC hydro assist
Rear axle/suspension:
- 2000 sterling 10.5
- detroit locker
- 4.88 gears
- all new bearings
- Ballistic Fab 3" joints
- 3 ling with panhard
- radflo 14" coilovers
- radflo hydro bumpstops
Body armor:
- barricade rocker guards with steps
- metalcloak front fenders and flare
- metalcloak rear fenders trimmed to fit stretch
- motobilt blank corner guards cut to match
- rear weld on bumper from motobilt with a hitch receiver added
- front fabricated bumper
- bedlined side panels
Interior:
- motobilt fuel cell
- has a back seat, but must rotate fuel cell around to put it in
- bedlined interior
- stock seats (no rips) with seat covers (faded)
- Boss head unit with kicker speakers in the dash and sound bar
- homemade sound bar because all my money went into the suspension
- hand throttle on the shifter
The inconvenient:
- steering wheel is crooked. I think the drag link heim is siezed in the adjustment bung. This doesn't affect steering at all, just looks funny.
- Fuel pump whines
- no spare tire carrier. I just leave spare with my truck/trailer
- no swaybars (a little tipsy on the road)
- rear main started wetting itself after seeing some of the rocks I've climbed
That's all I can think of right now. There's probably more. Mileage will change. It's a daily driver. I can send more pictures if needed.
