CJ7 Based Rock Crawler

1976 Jeep CJ-7 that has been heavily modified and transformed into a very capable trail machine. There's less than 5,000 miles on the current drivetrain configuration. GM Performance ZZ-3 Crate Motor (383hp, 400ft lbs torque). Headers and 3” custom exhaust running through Flow Master 40 series muffler.
Howell Fuel injection system, High flow filter and intake system. Aluminum fuel cell, braided stainless steel fuel lines, Aeroquip Aluminum fittings, 2 electric fuel pumps. Griffin Aluminum race radiator with mechanical and switched auxiliary fan. T-18 manual transmission with 6.32:1 first “crawler gear” (4 speed).
New Hydraulic clutch assembly. Advanced Adapters late model Chevy bellhousing to Ford transmission. Dana 20 transfer case with 3.31:1 Tera-Lo kit and twin stick for front digs (front wheel drive hi and lo range, Rear wheel drive Hi and Lo range). Front Dana 44 axle, 4.10 gears, Detroit EZ lock, full set of built up inner and outer shafts with u-joints, WARN HD lockout hubs.
Rear Dana 44 axle, 4.10 gears, with WARN full float kit, spool, GM disk brakes with hydraulic line lock, new Eaton electric rear lockers. Custom heavy duty driveshafts front and rear, front is a long travel HD spline unit. Navajo Brakes dual diaphragm Corvette master cylinder, brake bias dial and braided stainless lines throughout.x
Newly installed PSC Hydro Assist Steering kit, Halogen Tri-Bar headlights, Autometer Ultralight gauges with back lighting. Painless wiring harness, Professionally built cage that incorporates seat mounts, rear tire carrier, Hi Lift Jack and windshield into cage and frame.Custom 5 link front end utilizing 14” travel Sway-Away Racerunner Nitrogen Charged shocks with remote reservoirs. Rear end uses 4” lift YJ springs and Tera Flex Revolver shackles for massive travel offroad but stability on roads.
Trail Ready aluminum beadlock wheels with, branded new 37’x12.50”x15 IROC Super Swamper tires and unused full size spare on black steel wheel. Onboard air compressor by VIAIR with 20’ for hose for airing up tires and to use tools. 5 point harness tied to cage and Steel Horse waterproof seats. Lockable Tuffy security glovebox and center console, in addition to two painted and mounted ammo boxes in rear as well as large poly locker box for more storage. Warn 9500 lb rated winch, stinger. Hi-Lift jack mounted to spare tire portion of cage, spare drive shafts for both front and rear application, spare custom draglink, spare trailing arm, full set of spare axle shafts inner/outer and u-joint, all of these items securely mounted to the cage for trail repairs if needed. Aluminum rood panel and sunlight attached to cage.
